About my fees
I am not the cheapest, and that is no accident. A forty-five-minute keynote holds two to three days of work: a conversation beforehand about what needs to be on the table in your room, stories made to measure, film, and the day itself. A workshop holds three half-days, a building we furnish together, colleagues from Rotterdam who have done it before, and a product you can show afterwards. That is what you pay for, not the minutes on stage.
How I charge:

a keynote or masterclass is one fixed fee, preparation included.

A workshop is one fixed price per programme, for two to ten participants.

The outsider-insider is a programme price with a defined assignment.

Coaching and peer supervision are packages with a fixed number of sessions. No hours added afterwards, no surprises.
Education, non-profits and conferences without a commercial budget pay a lower rate. Everything I offer fits within the single-source threshold of most public organisations.
You hear the fee in our first conversation, once I know what you need. That conversation is free and commits you to nothing, except a few uncomfortable questions.
